Booking Terms
When a guest rents an apartment or room the person(s) named on the booking confirmation are liable for any damage caused to the room or apartment. If any damage is caused to the apartment the guest gives Pacific Place and/or the property authority to debit the guests credit card for the costs of any repairs.
If a guest arrives at the property and does not like the accommodation that they have chosen they will be liable for the full balance owed. Unless it can be proven without a reasonable doubt that they did not get what was promised on the confirmation letter or what was depicted on the website.
Booking Policy:
Full payment is processed 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled before the 14 days there is no charge and if cancelled within the 14 days there is no refund.
Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay with Eftpos or with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.

Our office closes at 5pm weekdays.
